I yearn to imbibe learnings and gain knowledge from Krishna's learning (not to say I dont want to learn from other) but according to hindu religion, Krishna gives guidance on what, how and why to follow.

कृष्ण एक योगी हैं, एक नाचता गाता योगी..
कृष्ण एक व्यक्तित्व भी हैं जो किसी के लिए, जन्म नहीं लेते। अपने आनंद से जन्मते हैं। गमले में लगे फूल की सुगंध पाकर हम ये सोंचें, कि ये फूल हमारे लिए खिला है, हमें सुगंध देने के लिए.. लेकिन फूल जंगलों में भी खिलते हैं। दरअसल फूल किसी के लिए नहीं खिलते, वो सिर्फ अपने लिए खिलते हैं। दुनिया को सुगंध मिलती है वो बात अलग है।

कृष्ण के व्यक्तित्व की निजता यही है कि वह एक चंचल योगी हैं, साधक हैं। साधना और चंचलता, दोनों एक दूसरे के विरोधी तत्व हैं लेकिन कृष्ण हैं। वो धर्म की पराकाष्ठा पर लीन होकर भी गंभीर नहीं हैं, उदास नहीं हैं। देखा जाए तो कहीं ना कहीं, अतीत का धर्म दुखवादी था। भौतिकता से विमुख होकर उदास पीड़ाओं से भरा हुआ। कृष्ण ने हँसता हुआ धर्म सिखाया है, जीवन को समग्र रूप से स्वीकारने वाला धर्म सिखाया है। जीवन के समग्रता की स्वीकृति, कृष्ण के व्यक्तित्व मे समाहित है। इसीलिए सभी अवतारों को आंशिक अवतार कहा गया और कृष्ण को पूर्ण अवतार। कृष्ण पूरे परमात्मा हैं, उन्होने सबकुछ आत्मसात कर लिया और सर्वत्र व्याप्त हो गए।

फ़्रांस के एक दार्शनिक, अल्बर्ट श्वीट्ज़र ने भारतीय धर्म की आलोचना करते हुए एक बात कही थी कि, भारत का धर्म, नेगेटिव लाइफ को प्रेरित करता है। यहाँ का धर्म जीवन निषेधक है। वह सही हो सकते थे, अगर कृष्ण का आस्तित्व ना होता। कृष्ण, जीवन कि लय, उसकी रागिनी को अपनी समस्तता में स्वीकार कर लेते हैं। 'एक्सैप्टेन्स आपके व्यक्तित्व को महान बनाता है' कृष्ण ने वही किया। स्वीकारा.. हर नाम, हर स्वभाव, हर चरित्र।

कृष्ण चैतन्य थे, आनन्द थे। 'कंप्लीट डेलाइट'.. आत्मा और व्यक्ति की चेतना का अर्थ ही यही है कि व्यक्ति की चेतना भीतर परम स्वतंत्र है। उसे कोई बांधता नहीं। उसे कोई बांध नहीं सकता। कृष्ण कहते हैं, "जब जब धर्म कि हानि होती है, तब तब मुझे आना पड़ता है।" यह वक्तव्य उनकी परम स्वंत्रता का सूचक है। हम ऐसे वादे नहीं कर सकते, हमारा आना बंधा हुआ आना है। किन्तु, कृष्ण स्वतंत्र हैं।

सभी विचार, सभी उद्देश्य और सभी मार्ग चिंतनीय हैं। सभी सोचने योग्य हैं। किन्तु आप सिर्फ अपना अनुकरण करें, और किसी का नहीं, कृष्ण का भी नहीं.. समझें सबको, लेकिन जाएँ सिर्फ अपने पीछे, सिर्फ और सिर्फ अपने पीछे। क्यूँ कि सकाल ब्रह्मांड में आत्मा के साथ साथ आत्मीयता भी अद्वितीय है। आप जैसे हैं वैसा कोई नहीं हुआ और ना ही होगा। आप यूनीक हैं, आपकी निजता यूनीक है।

प्रसन्न रहें और स्वीकार को स्वीकारें...

Make Lists:

Have a list for everything that you consider important. Plan for it and let ideas and information fill those lists. The list in below link is made for start ups but can be well used for individuals looking to progress their professional endeavors and also focusing on personal growth.

Focus!

One wants to experience wow in everything - Sitting with parents silently or Seeing a child break into a laughter or Watching a rainbow or Getting a few hundreds more in salary or a business deal brings the wow!
It is amazing what length people goto gratify themselves in short run
Including me: I buy things that I do not need, do things that I can live without, watch TV when I know it is bad for me. I go through my facebook and twitter account religiously so often in a day to get random things when I know the only thing that anyone requires to succeed is focus.
And that's why I procrastinated for so many years - because I have lost focus.
I play soccer and when I see the goal post of opponent, or a ball to win from the other team or to give a juicy pass to my team's player - I do not lose focus because I know if I lose focus I lose that split second or longer window of opportunity. When do I create the wow factor? - When I score a goal or defend right or pass the ball amazingly well. It all comes from focus. Focus creates the real wow. That realization - I wish I had it earlier. I hope I do not forget it. It would be cool if I could tell it to everyone and they make sense out of it.

A lot of people have different traits which they put one over the other as the most important factor.
It really does not matter which trait works for a human being to get the job done - could be disciplined, persistent etc. I am not doctor to certify the right medicine.

The fact remains - those who go with the flow will not be able to attain much in life unless they have some ideals to always keep as the greatest guiding light. For me I realize - it is focus.
Let's Focus. On right things. On job to do. On things to learn. On people who are important in our lives. And on finding freedom from all that is holding us back. Unleash the power within.
